Will be powered by the latest version of Windows Mobile 6.5.3
Sony Ericsson s just announced handset, the Aspen, has won applause from most segments of the tech community for being (at least by the looks of it) a very capable smartphone. The Windows Mobile based device is expected to be announced this very quarter as Sony Ericsson had mentioned at the time of launch.
However, some lucky guy has had the phone already and has now posted a detailed 5-minute video showing the phone, its interface and other juicy bits. While you might not understand the language (you don t really need to), the video is worth a look of you happen to be interested in buying this one whenever this one is released. The video also has some comparison with other competing products that you might take a look at before considering the Aspen.
The Aspen will be powered by the latest version of Windows Mobile 6.5.3 and will be the first phone to use this updated version of Microsoft s latest mobile operating system.
