It converts all your voice into text for SMS or e-mail. The new version 1.2.0 adds support for the iPod Touch, enhanced user interface and an end-of-speech detection feature. What's best? It's absolutely free, so there's no reason why you shouldn't have it. 
Google Mobile App
Tired of typing what you want to search in Google; well, here's a quicker way to find things on your favourite search engine. The Google Mobile app lets you use the microphone of the iPhone and simply speak into it what you want to search and it will find it. It's pretty accurate as well and you can choose if you want to search the Web, Images, Map, etc.

This is a very handy application for students, bloggers or anybody for that matter. It's an easy to use British English dictionary and thesaurus.
