Game's official Twitter account blurbs about the free nature of DLC content
BioWare had left Mass Effect fans head over heals with the announcement of Save Game Feature last month. Now, new details about the downloadable content for Mass Effect 2 reveal that the pack would be available for free. Yes, you read it right - FREE!
Mass Effect 2 is a sci-fi action role-playing game which will be available next month for PC and Xbox 360 platforms. As per Destructoid's reports, a heavily packed downloadable content is in works with BioWare. Obviously, we'll get to see more weapons, armor, characters and even full campaign expansions.
The best part of this DLC pack is that it would be available for free as per a tweet from the Mass Effect 2's official Twitter account. The twitter update was: Addressing rumors: BioWare will not be charging extra for any new Mass Effect 2 content on launch day. More DLC details next week.
Hence, we'll have to wait till next week when BioWare will announce details about the Mass Effect 2 DLC content. Not to forget, it'll be free. All love freebies, especially games. Who doesn't?
