Windows Mobile 6.6 before Windows Mobile 7?

Looks like the wait for Windows Mobile 7 just got a bit longer. While it was earlier thought that the Mobile World Congress might be the venue where Windows Mobile 7 will be shown off, latest news point towards Windows Mobile 6.6 making it there, instead of the former.
Windows Mobile version 6.6 has been codenamed "Maldives" and is expected to bring in full support for capacitive displaysIt will also be tweaked in order to strengthen Microsoft s competitiveness against iPhone and Android-based platforms.
Apart from these, it is not known how much difference there would be between the current version of Windows Mobile 6.5 build. Looks like Windows Mobile 7 will be delayed yet again and that s definitely not doing anything good to Micosoft s reputation.
