    QWERTY Windows Mobile Laden Phone

So, Sony Ericsson has not given up on Windows Mobile yet. Even as the Xperia X3 is inching towards release, Sony Ericsson has its eyes set on another Windows Mobile device. A latest leaked image shows a new Sony Ericsson handset with an unconventional (For Sony Ericsson) design.

The phone, known as the Sony Ericsson Faith runs Windows Mobile 6.5 and is a Green Heart device making it Eco friendly. The specification of the phone too has been revealed. It will come with a 2.4-inch QVGA display making it similar to that of the E63 and the E71/2.


 

The features listed include:
  • AGPS
  • Micro Sd Card slot
  • Windows Mobile 6.5
  • Green heart
  • Colors: Silver & Black
  • Bearer: HSDPA, WLAN, GSM Quadband (850/ 900/ 1800/1900), UMTS Dualband (900/ 2100), EDGE


Apart from the pictures and these basic features related information, not much is known about this phone. This one sure looks to be on course for a mid 2010 launch.

It doesn't matter what s.e brings now. There are many good phones like this exists in market already. S.E. toooooooo late.

Its difficult to say that this gonna be really hit the market positively as sony keeps price bands so steep that a normal consumer finds it hard to think about its high end phones.

What a crazy name... 'the Faith' I guess Sony Ericsson is again putting faith in Windows Mobile, when it should be turning its attention towards Android phones.
