The happy go lucky folks over at the Android Developers Blog have released the SDK component for Android 2.1. The new release as always is directed at developers who can use the SDK to build applications around it. If you happen to be a developer in need for more information about the new SDK, all you need to do is to check the release notes posted here to get more details as to what is in store for you.
The Android 2.1 SDK can be downloaded through the SDK Manager if you already have installed an older version on your system. If you happen to be a fresh member, download it from here.
Along with the new SDK, the release also includes a new USB Driver that adds support for Google s Nexus One. For more dope on that bit, better head to the USB Driver Page.
