    Satellite T100 series laptops offer AMD CPUs with ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics

At the ongoing Consumer Electronics Show 2010 at Las Vegas, Toshiba has announced new Satellite T100 series laptops with Intel and AMD processors. With thin-and-light form factor, the new Satellite T100 series get T115 and T135 models that will features AMD Neo/Turion processors or Intel Pentium processor. The prices of Toshiba Satellite T115 start from $450 (Rs. 21,600 approx.) and T135 starting at $600 (Rs. 28,800 approx.).

The new Toshiba Satellite T115 and T135 measure less than an inch, and come with Intel Pentium ultra-low voltage processors. The 11-inch Satellite T115 will come with AMD Athlon Neo CPU, 2GB RAM, 250GB HDD for storage, 802.11n Wi-Fi and optional Bluetooth. While the 13.3-inch Satellite T135 comes with AMD Turion Neo option. One can max up the hard drive up to 320GB and add up to 4GB RAM.

In case of sudden movement or drop, Toshiba's Hard Drive Impact Sensor safeguards the user data. Toshiba's new T100 laptops also have system indicators right below the touchpad. Both laptops are blessed with ATI Mobility Radeon 3200 graphics with HDMI out and offer nine hours of battery life on Intel processors while six hours of battery life on AMD processors with Radeon HD 3200 graphics. With glossy Fusion Finish, Toshiba will offer both laptops in Nova Red, White or Black colors.

New laptops look good. The new Toshiba range is apparently in Australian Stores on Feb 1 2010.
