Design and Construction:

The PC-K62 is a mid-tower chassis built for gamers and enthusiasts and so, we can expect plenty of ventilation grooves, holes for cable management and an easy locking system for hard drives and PCI cards. We'll start off with the exterior and work our way to the insides. Removing it from the box, the first thing you'll notice that this is not the most attractive looking case but its not what you call ugly either. It has an understated look which I m sure some would appreciate. However, if you were looking for ' bling' then you may stop reading right now. This case is made solely of plastic and steel and features a fully ventilated front section.

More of the ventilation continues on the top as well as we seek a glimpse at the two 140mm LED fans. The console on the top consists of the Power and Reset button, two USB ports and a microphone and headphone jack. There isn't any ESATA or Firewire port which ideally could have been included.

This Lancool comes with generously sized acrylic window for showing off your shiny new components. The window is symmetrically designed and shows off most of the innards of your system.

The rear also has a nice black powder coat which goes well with the whole look. There is one main exhaust, which comes with a preinstalled 120mm fan. Below that, we see two holes for water cooling.

Taking a quick look underneath, we have four rubber feet that provide a stable platform but don't raise the case that much from the ground. What I really like is that it's easy to remove dust filter for the PSU intake vent which is something we don't see often.
