If you think FIFA Soccer 10 and Football Manager 2010 did not give you enough soccer fun, look forward to this new game. SouthPeak games has announced fantasy football title Blood Bowl. Based on the Warhammer fantasy and American Football, this game is blend of sports gameplay and classic strategy. SouthPeak will release Blood Bowl for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation Portable Console in 2010. For Windows PC and Xbox 360 the game will arrive next month while the PSP version can be expected in Spring 2010.

Inspired from the Warhammer  series, SouthPeak's Blood Bowl combines the turn-based viscous gameplay with sports. The turn-based gameplay involves dirty tricks and also secret weapons for winning the soccer game. Players can make their team from eight playable races that include Humans, Orcs, Wood Elves, Dwarfs, Lizardmen, Skaven, Chaos and Goblins. The game offers two game modes: turn-based experience or the real-time mode.

Features of the game:

  • Huge single player game; take part in a complete Blood Bowl campaign with 15 Championships and Cups
  • Choose your own competition rules and create your own Championships
  • Develop team by gaining new levels and pieces of performance enhancing equipment
  • In Multiplayer, create a team online and take part in leagues and tournaments over the Internet
  • Create your own online Private League with your own competition rules
