This external hard drive looks like an oversized hip flask

Trendy looks, excellent write and read speeds, software bundle

A bit expensive, no carry pouch, software bundle has to be downloaded

Performance:

We used benchmarking tools including HDTach, HD Tune, and SiSoftware Sandra.

HDTach RW 3.0.1.0 is a low-level test that does not require the hard drive to have a file system.

With a write speed averaging at 32.7 MB/s and read speed averaging at 33.1 MB/s, the performance can be categorized as excellent when compared with other similar external hard drives.

HD Tune Pro 3.50: A hard disk benchmarking utility capable of performing lower-level as well as file system benchmarks, and displaying the result in the form of a graph. We ran the read as well as the write tests to measure the transfer speeds, burst speeds, and access times across the entire drive -- and obtained the results as in the figure.
