The Chinese XP phone, perhaps the only phone to run Windows XP, has reappeared in new videos - months after its first appearance back in May 2009. What we had back then was a few prototype images. This time though, we have the real thing seen in the flesh working and making calls.

The  XP phone, made by ITG, a Chinese company is a crossover between a full fledged laptop and a mobile phone and resembles neither. It's too small to be a laptop and too large for a cellphone. Anyway, the spec sheet of the XpPhone should make things clear for you.
