Sega U.S. confirmed that multi-player sci-fi game Aliens vs Predator will be released on February 16, 2010 in North America for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, reported IGN. Developed by Rebellion, the one who developed the original PC-based classic game, Aliens vs Predator will bring both sci-fi characters to first person shooter genre. Sega also announced limited Aliens vs Predator Hunter Edition for Xbox 360 and PS 3 consoles; sorry PC gamers.

Rebellion had developed the classic Aliens vs Predator game in 1999 for PC and now also developed for high-power graphics supporting gaming consoles. In the new sci-fi FPS, the player gets to play either of the three specifies Alien, Predator or colonial Marine. Also comes along a unique three-way multiplayer online gaming to play against other species.

In the multiplayer mode, players can battle against or with up to 18 other players in the exotic online multiplayer modes like Infestation and Predator Hunt.

Limited stock of Aliens vs Predators Hunter Edition will obviously bring loads of goodies. The early buyers of this limited Hunter Edition will give access to four multiplayer map before they're released publicly. Along with that, one gets Facehugger model, Dark Horse Comics' hardcover AVP graphic novel, Weyland Yutani sleeve badge and 3D lenticular postcard.

Sega will also release a standard edition which just like Hunter edition will carry codes to unlock exclusive Marine, Predator and Alien skins.
