Design and Construction
The new bold design makes the TV stand out instead of blending in with your d cor, which is not necessarily a bad thing. I mean when you buy an expensive television you ideally want people to notice it, so you can then start bragging about it. The Jazz Theater makes its presence felt and it surely looks grand. The build is good as usual, so no complaints there. My only concern is that there are too many grooves and indents on the body, so keeping it free of dust will be bit of a pain.
Among the ports and air vents we have two circular perforated openings for the woofer, similar to the old Jazz.
For the connectivity, on the back the TV has two HDMI ports, two component ports, one composite input and one output ports, VGA input with audio in for connecting a PC and the input for the TV antenna. On the side you get a composite video in, one HDMI in and the USB port for connecting a USB drive to play your movies, music and photos. However, there isn't a headphone jack on this TV, which would have been a good addition since this TV is all about the sound.
