    Next Gen iPhone Already Exists

Folks over at Mac Rumors have received a hint from an iPhone app developer regarding the next iPhone version. The developer, known as Pandav, appears to have spotted usage records of an "iPhone 3.1" from analytics generated by PinchMedia for iBart, an application developed by Pandav.

PinchMedia allows Pandav to check what devices its applications are running and figured the identifier "iPhone 3.1" in its list of devices. The surprising thing is that the current 3GS version is identified as "iPhone 2.1" - which obviously means someone out there might be using the next generation iPhone already! Unless of course "iPhone 3.1" turns out to be something entirely different!

Now, the only thing to check is if the next generation iPhone does make an appearance by June 2010. These are just initial rumors now. On second thoughts, Apple is yet to officially bring its 3GS to India and here, we have started talking about the iPhone 4G or 3GX or whatever Apple chooses to call it.

iPhone 4G? unless it gets 4G capabilities, it cant be called so.. remember 3G stands for 3rd gen network capabilities n not the 3rd variant of the iPhone.. actually iPhone 3G is the 2nd iPhone.. i dun think 4g will be present in the next iPhone..

Apple of all the companies under estimates or ignores India as a potential ground for its iPhones.....they always send in the iPhone wen itz a generation down!!!! not 2 mention it is overpriced. 1 can draw many theories over it....marketing strategy n all but i highly dislike them for this

its nothing new according to a frnd of mine who's in the design team in apple... he says that they have even next to next gen iphones and all other products... infact they work with quite a few models and ultimately the 'one' which meets all requirements is the 'accepted' device released by apple....

i dont like APPLE. Its annoying that every year there r new o redesigned iphones,ipods etc its very bad for the customers who just got theirs !
