It's been a while since Microsoft's stop gap mobile OS, Windows Mobile 6.5, made it debut. In fact, WinMo has seen quite a few minor updates coming its way as well in the few weeks since its existence.
Folks over at XDA have got their hands onto build 28002 of the OS which might be known as version 6.5.3 when it finally goes official. While it does come with its share of fixes, the most noticeable thing with it is the entirely new on-screen keyboard which has gone through a comprehensive revamp. The earlier keyboards were allegedly termed finger-unfriendly. Although HTC and other licensees had their own versions of keyboards, a better default on-screen keyboard is certainly welcome!
