A year back when Altec Lansing underwent a change in its management, it got a refreshing new look to its portfolio of audio devices. We saw a new system back then; the FX3022 Expressionist Bass. That was a 2.2 system, basically a 2.0 speaker with drivers with woofer properties in each making up for the 0.2.

Today we have another desktop lifestyle 2.0 system from Altec Lansing- the VS2620. This system goes to show that 2.0 systems can sport good looks, while at the same time come at a reasonable price. Let's see how good these new speakers are when it comes to performance.
