India is known to be a value conscious market and we Indians are known to be demanding buyers who want their money's worth- sometimes even more than what we have paid for! But not all phones are priced in a way that would appeal to the Indian wallet and mentality but there are some that do.
Today we are listing all such value for money phones, or 'paisa vasool phones', as we like to call them, which would give you maximum bang for your buck. Some of the phones that are part of this list were meant to be good value for money, while some others initially were priced high but with passage of time their prices fell.
Nokia 2700 Classic
This quad band handset has a 2.0" QVGA display, 2 megapixel camera, expandable memory, 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth connectivity and a battery that provides around six hours of talk time. All this for around Rs. 4,360! This is value for money at its extreme. Rarely would you get to see so many features in such an inexpensive phone. It would be foolish to miss this one, even if you aren't particularly value conscious.
Motorola A810
A year ago you would have had to spend more than Rs 10,000 to get this phone. Today, however, you can get it at a mind-blowing price of Rs. 4,500 only.
