Finally, we seem to have a confirmation regarding the arrival of the long awaited Sony Ericsson Rachael, better known as the Xperia X3. The Android laden device has been in the news for the past few months owing to its impressive specs and UI. The phone boasts of a 4-inch touchscreen and is powered by Google's Android OS. This will also be the first Android based device from Sony Ericsson. The company seems to have managed to integrate a very impressive UI atop the Android core - the video of which was released a few months ago.
The launch of the device was "sneaked out" by folks over at SE-Blog who figured out unique ways to extricate data from sources. In this case, they checked the HTML code of Sony Ericssons "Whats Next" page to find mentions of "Rachael" in it. Brilliant! Just to refresh your memory, the Rachael is rumored to be equipped with an 8MP camera and a 1GHz Snapdragon processor. Come November 3 and we will find out what Sony Ericsson has in store for us. We think the Rachel will be an expensive device - but then we can always expect Sony Ericsson to surprise us!
