Acer is back on the monitor map with its latest addition to the LCD lineup. The newest model will compete with Samsung's Lavender series P2350, which is priced at 12.5K, as the Acer H235H shares similar specifications. However, one area where Acer will excel is the inclusion of an HDMI port that was missing in the P2350. But can the Acer compete with Samsung's superior panel? We'll soon find out.
Let's quickly go through the official specifications of the monitor first. The Acer H235H screen has a dimension of 23.6-inch with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The resolution is 1920x1080 with a 2ms response time, 1000:1 Contrast ratio, all this on a TN panel that is capable of displaying 16.7 million colors. This sounds good on paper but let's see if it has what it takes to bring down the Samsung.
