Details of Avatar Game for PSP Out

Everyone is anxiously looking forward to James Cameron's Avatar game which is being developed by Ubisoft. The legendary director's upcoming epic Avatar will also be released as a movie along with the game. The October issue of PlayStation the Official Magazine features Avatar: The Game as the cover story and has a small section that talks about the game's portable version for PlayStation Portable as IGN reported.
PlayStation the Official Magazine's October issue states that PSP version of Avatar game will cast player as a Na'vi Warrior who is blue-skinned and has wild-eyes. The player gets to play Na'vi warrior throughout the game. The conflict between RDA Corp. and the Na'vi leads to a fight to save the civilization on the heart of Pandora, an alien planet.
Avatar game's PSP version will have connectivity features with PlayStation 3 console as well. The "effort points" earned in the PSP version of the game would be transferable to PS3 for unlocking or other character boosting purposes. Not much of information was shared on this but it would be interesting to see how the game would differ for PSP and PS3 consoles individually.
