MTNL Launches 3G Jadoo Mobile Services

After introducing its HSDPA data card service in Mumbai last month, MTNL quietly launched its 3G Jadoo Mobile services in the city Aug. 10 onwards. The service will enable the customers to make video calls from mobile phones and access the Internet on the move at a very high speed.
The 3G service from MTNL is now available via both, Prepaid and Postpaid plans.
3G Postpaid: How to get a connection?
New Dolphin customers will need to opt for a suitable 2G (GSM) postpaid plan as per customers' convenience and obtain the SIM card.
While doing so, the subscribers can opt for a suitable 3G data plan of their choice so it can be configured.
There is no restriction for data download, unlike prepaid customers.
Existing Dolphin customers can avail 3G services by contacting toll free number 1503.
Tariff
A customer will have to take any of the existing postpaid tariff plans on offer. Then, for opting for 3G service, the customer will have to pay the following charge and will get to avail the tariff mentioned below:
Thus, any customer existing or new will get 3G services as add-on on his existing Dolphin plan.
