This will help the job seekers to look what's the statistical data of the salary they should be expecting and what the recruiters are offering. Naukri's Paycheck tool is a salary calculator that will help job seekers to find a job that pays the best for their job profile. Recruiters would get an idea of the pay packages to be offered and the importance of an appropriate raise for worthy employees to retain them. To begin with, users will have to choose the functional area and select their experience before hitting the 'Check' button.
PayCheck will then show a graph depicting salary in Lacs per annum on Y-axis while percentile on X-axis.
