It's not been much time since we first heard of Sony Ericsson's initial attempts at going Symbian S60 Fifth Edition. The Satio, as most of you might be aware, will be the first ever S60 Fifth Edition handset from Sony Ericsson. While we still await the Satio's arrival, we are now hearing about a new S60 based handset from the company! So, what we have for you today is the Sony Ericsson Jalou, which, if all goes well, will be the second S60 based phone from Sony Ericsson. The company seems to be on an overdrive mode with a slew of launches expected SOON. The Xperia X3 and the X5 are due soon as well!
As for the Jalou, the phone will be WiFi, GPS and HSDPA enabled. As for the other juicy bits, we do not know about them at all now. The "leaked" shot doesn't show the screen of the device as it seemed to be powered off. What makes this concept believable is that this one is an actual photograph and not a rendering. Sony Ericsson has a large userbase that produce some excellent concept phones.
We hope to get more information on the Jalou in the weeks to come.
