Pivot Stickfigure Animator
If you are one of those whose drawing or animation skills are nothing to speak of, maybe this is just for you. It's a stick figure animator for novices. 
The basic working is quite easy. All that you need to do is move sections (nodes) of the stick figure in a frame. You can create another frame and move the stick figure further. After doing this a few times, you have a series of frames that can be replayed as animated gifs.
Also, each frame is a separate individual file and therefore can be interchangeably edited in case something doesn't look right. You don't need to stick the same stick figure but have the freedom to be a lot more elaborate in your drawings too. All you need is a little bit of patience, inclination and perseverance.
You can download Pivot here. But I doubt Pivot can let you do this.
