Nimi Visuals
A weird name for a wonderful application. Nimi Visuals is the ultimate freeware app for customizing your Windows experience. It allows you to add various effects like glow, transparency, fade, reflection, frost, mouse over effects, scripts etc. to Windows, Taskbar, Startmenu, wallpapers, etc; you name it and it's there.





You really can't go wrong with Nimi Visuals; it beats even Stardock's software with its amazing eye candy at zero cost. With the newest version out, Nimi Visuals has added even more features and effects and a revamped interface that is much easier to understand with clear cut explanation of all the myriads of effects included.

Give Nimi Visuals a try. Trust us; you'll be hard-pressed to find anything better.

Apparently, the project started on Sept. 11, 2008 as a small window transparency changing program. The project grew and so did the number of effects and the name change from Tophaz to Nimi (to make it easier to remember for Asian countries as if we are all illiterate here). Its 0.7 version brought in the plugin system with a new detection engine and final name change to Nimi Visuals.

It is a great honour to find such great and kind review of Nimi Visuals project - we hope that future versions will be found as good as highlighted one: especially as 10.2 release is coming big steps.
