Nokia's Ovi Maps service has finally shed its Beta tag and has released version 3.0 of the mapping system. Designed to perform a variety of location based activities, Nokia Ovi Maps features almost all the features you expect from a self respecting Navigation Software. It's got current position awareness, local searches option and access to turn-by-turn, voice-guided navigation. Travel guides and directions for pedestrians can also be found. Nokia has also launched a desktop and mobile maps syncing solution. That however is only available for Windows as of now with Mac support expected soon.
