Cooler Master Unveils Universal Laptop Charger

With nine charging points, the charger boasts up to 82 % more efficiency

Cooler Master has launched a universal laptop charger SNA 95 to be the 'Total Power Solution' for USB chargeable electronic devices. Flaunting nine different ports, this accessory provides protection against overvoltage, short-circuit, over current, over temperature and over load. Cooler Master will offer this accessory for $70 (Rs. 3,400 approx.).

Cooler Master SNA 95 is slim and boasts a small 95W adapter. It also carries white LED indicator for power on and blue for USB-charging. This adapter can give up to 150W peak charging power.

With promise of up to 82 % more efficiency, this adaptor is compatible with most laptops.

good move by cooler master. However now its high time for all laptop manufacturers to realize that they should manufacture unified charging solutions. This will curb the problem of e-waste up to some extent. Because every time a person buys a laptop he/she gets a charger too. (same situation is with mobile phone). If all manufacturers will come out with similar charging solution then it will definitely contribute in preserving our green earth.
