Nokia has managed to create lot of hype around the N97 and released the phone recently in the Indian market. However, right after the launch the phone seems to have run into minor software issues, which the company hopes to sort with a firmware update they have released today.
The Nokia Conversations twitter account has posted details about a new firmware update - SW 1.1 (11.x.021) - is expected to be released today and will be released in select regions.
There have been reports of occasional freezing and in-call volume being too low by some owners. Hopefully, this update will fix those issues.
Those of you who already own one the N97 might want to connect to the Nokia Software Updater and see if there is something interesting available for your phone.
