HP has announced six new notebooks in India that include three Pavilion dv series, HP Mini 110 (actually a netbook), ProBook and Compaq 610. Boasting of the new chic collection for Indian consumers, these six new notebook models have been included as part of HP's 'Go-to-Market' strategy for its retail presence.
For the netbook line up in India, HP introduces 10.1-inch Mini 110 netbook that packs in an Intel Atom (N270/280) processor paired with the Intel 945GSE chipset. This netbook comes with a 1GB DDR2 RAM and 160GB 5400RPM internal storage. Intel GMA 950 graphics are integrated in the netbook along with Broadcom's Crystal HD Video accelerator. Other features include WLAN (802.11 b/g), 5-in-1 memory card reader, three USB 2.0 ports, VGA out port, and loads of HP software installed. Mini 110 is available in Pink Chic, Black Swirl and White Swirl colors at price of Rs. 22, 990 plus taxes.
