At yesterday's Sony Ericsson event in London, the company announced the launch of two new phones -- the Yari and Aino. The third handset, Satio is nothing but the Idou, first seen at the MWC at Barcelona back in February. Let's see what each of these handsets has in store for you.

Satio (Idou)




The Satio, better known as the Idou, is all set to be the mother of all cameraphones with its mammoth 12.1 megapixel camera, Xenon flash and a monstrous 3.5-inch widescreen touch sensitive display. And guess what? It's going to be a smartphone. In fact, it's first Sony Ericsson phone to run the upcoming Symbian Foundation OS - which happens to be based on S60 Fifth Edition.

The Satio is expected to be available in select markets in early fourth quarter of this year, i.e. in the vicinity of October, and will be available in three colours: Black, Silver, and Bordeaux.
