Nimbuzz has recently announced that the S60 Fifth Edition version of its Chat/VoIP client will be available for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.

The software, which was available for S60 Third Edition phones and Java supported handsets earlier, finally got ported to the relatively new S60 Fifth Edition, the 5800 XpressMusic uses. Earlier, Nimbuzz's competitor Fring too had announced a version for the 5800.

The Nimbuzz application for the 5800 XpressMusic supports landscape chat, has shortcut buttons for quick changes and updates for your profile. Another interesting fact is that, the application is optimized for finger navigation, so you do not really need to get hold of the stylus while using this. It currently supports as many as 14 different IM communities.

Here's a video of the application in action.

If you are a proud owner of a 5800 XpressMusic, you might want to download the application and check it out for yourselves here.

Good to know that Nimbuzz has now released new files for 5800 music express before that Fring and Vopium has released their new versions for 5800.
