World of Warcraft is one of the most heavily played massively multiplayer online games across the globe. Now imagine how exciting the demonic world would be when it hits Apple's iPhone platform. A video teasing World of Warcraft game on iPhone platform through Vollee App is on YouTube. It is developed by Vollee.
The video depicts Vollee as client app that streamed World of Warcraft through 3G. We hope that the app uses WiFi as well, since only 3G for gaming could be cost intensive. Also, many enthusiast gamers and bloggers believe that video might be true, considering the computing power of the iPhone's processor.
Like Massively noted that Vollee has been contracted for the Second Life port on iPhone, World of Warcraft might be a possibility. However, since Blizzard is already big on the PC platform, it's kind of unlikely for it to move on iPhone platform keeping the network support and cloud computing requirements to keep the service running.
Nevertheless, World of Warcraft on iPhone can be very helpful for iPhone sales. However, the flip side is that it would be a pain for network service providers. Though the video shows World of Warcraft working on iPhone, we still feel that the video is too good to be true. Check it out and let us know your thoughts.
