Streamlines Internet data collection process, resolves information-overflow problems

Storage and multimedia products manufacturer Transcend has unveiled an enhanced version of its 8GB JetFlash V30 USB flash drives. These now come preloaded with the full-featured 90-day trial version of eSobi Internet information management software.

eSobi is a multi-functional Internet information management application that integrates an RSS reader, a meta-search engine, and an information library, all in one easy-to-use interface. The software is efficient for cross-engine web searching and centralized file management for organizing Internet information, said the company.

JetFlash drives with eSobi streamline the Internet data collection process, resolve information-overflow problems, and prevent stress caused by a painstaking hunt for information.

Users can choose from 21 preset regional channels to subscribe to their favorite news feeds, search Google, Yahoo, and MSN simultaneously, and also use eSobi's built-in web page editor for quick note-taking and sharing news and information with people.

The JetFlash V30 has a tiny, curved, ultra-compact body, which measures just 60 x 16.5 x 8.1 mm and weighs only 7g.

The Transcend JetFlash V30 USB comes at an MRP of Rs. 2000 with a 2-year warranty. It is compatible with Windows 98 SE/2000/Me/XP/Vista, Mac OS 9.0/OS X, and Linux Kernel 2.4.2 or later.
