Mouse is for right-handed people only, keyboard and mouse intermittently lose sync, a bit pricey

IntelliPoint Software

All the keys can be remapped to your liking using the IntelliPoint software. You can assign any application to the shortcut keys or maybe just use it to open a particular window like control panel, or add/remove programs.

The center button of the mouse opens up Instant Viewer, which is a more elaborate version of Alt+Tab and gives you a larger view of your opened windows. The first shortcut button near the thumb opens the Magnifier which saves you the trouble of zooming in on the entire page.
