Zune Support for Windows Mobile 7?

Even though we now know that the Zune Phone is not coming any time soon, Microsoft can definitely think of integrating Zune support with their upcoming Operating System.
According to rumors, the upcoming Windows Mobile 7 is likely to sport Zune Integration. Now remember that Windows Mobile 6.5, the stopgap OS that is expected very soon, is not likely to come with Zune support and Microsoft has plenty of time until the 2010 release of WM 7 to properly integrate Zune with the OS.
While these are still rumors, if ever the OS receives Zune support, it is expected to work in the same way as the current desktop version where users will be able to download songs and access services like the Zune Marketplace and Zune Social. Now, downloading songs and stuff on your phone might turn out to be an expensive proposition unless you're on an unlimited data plan, but then, you have Wi-Fi as your savior there.
