    LG KS360 [Review]

Prasad Naik, Mar 26, 2009 1400 hrs IST

Except for the design and slide out QWERTY keypad, the phone is unimpressive

Design, full QWERTY keypad, large display

Tiny QWERTY keys, poor touchscreen utilization, poor sunlight display visibility, no 3G, poor web browser, unimpressive battery life

The LG KS360 that we received in our labs recently is a lower mid-end phone targeted at youngsters who text a lot. The KS360 comes with a full QWERTY keypad that slides out from under the display. The phone also has a touchscreen and a funky color scheme that would definitely appeal its target audience. So without further ado, let me get on with the review.

there is a way to lock it manually. you just hold the C button on the front of the phonr and it will say Keypad Locked.

LG is coming up with all sorts of low priced phones which has some of the features of high end cost phones.. For instance LG Cookie is a good touch screenphone at 12,500 INR .. but lacks some features of a really good touchphone .. BTW in comparison to the price it is quite impressive

LG is following motorolas footstep of well designed phones which otherwise are not all that good.

Yes, the phone is not really great and it is neither meant for that.... However, this is an sincere attempt by LG to make a low cost funky qwerty phone to attract teenagers.... Nothing more than that.

A totally mess of a phone! LG could have rather saved on R&D spent on this model to come up with something better. Not that LG has always impressed me with all its earlier models, just that this is a total dud!
